Elastic Chair

(2004) The Elastic Chiar begins as a flat sheet of plastic that then expands down into a comfortable seating position. This is possible due to the custom perforation pattern developed and the inherent qualities of the material. The plastic has memory, so after a person gets up the sheet will slowly return to flat form.
